Unfortunately, the 2020 D12 Spring Regional in Las Vegas is postponed until fall or spring of 2021.
The Palace Station Hotel & Casino is closing until the end of March and your room reservations will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original credit card.
As concerns over Covid-19 continue to grow, we recognize that many of our members have respiratory or other underlying medical concerns that put them at a higher risk for infection. So, after careful deliberation, LPA's National Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel all LPA sanctioned events immediately through May 31, 2020. This includes all national, regional and chapter events.
For everyone who registered and paid by credit card, we will automatically credit your account in full within one to two weeks. If you wrote a check, you will be issued a check as quickly as possible.
Everyone has to make arrangements with their airline and cancel their hotel rooms themselves within 72 hours of their reservation. The hotel will still be open, but our conference is canceled.
